Tuition: 90.00 monthly ( includes ALL supplies for art appreciation and studio supplies, books) or
$360.00 quarterly( S- Dec) $450.00( J-May) or $810.00 yearly.
2.Middle School Class $55.00/ 20.00 supply fee monthly OR Sept.-Dec.=$220/$80.00 supplies/ Jan-
May= $275.00/$100.00 supplies/ Yearly: $495.00/180.00 Supplies.
3.Elementary School Class Same as middle school pricing.
Registration: $25( There is no registration fee if paid in full)
Upon enrolling and attending classes, you are financially responsible for that semester’s tuition.

Do consent to participation in the programs from Out of the Box art studio LLC. OOTB is a Bibilically
based art program. We understand and assume full responsibility for the risks and hazards
associated with the programs registered for at OOTB.
We understand that should a teacher determine a class has an enrollment that is not adequate for a
full class, OOTB will give registar arefund. Because this is a program designed to be a yearly/
semester class a teacher is also hired, materials purchased.

Make up classes will be determinded and offered by the instructor. We urge families to attend their
class faithfully. Many projects will be worked on weekly.( such as a painting)
We also release the rights to any photos of art work or our student creating art work taken by OOTB
LLC to be used for promotional purposes only.( flyers etc)
