This class will be covering the following physics topics:

Force

Motion

Waves
Sound

Magnetism
Weekly physics challenges: these are physics related critical thinking type activities that the class will
work on, come up with a solution, and then discuss.
Research presentations: an important skill in science is the ability to prepare and PRESENT research.
These will be either assigned or per interest of the student. Examples would include report on a
physicist, current physics research, careers in physical science, etc.

available used. We have five to sell for $8.
Dunwoody Classes
2009-2010
Family Membership Fee
The membership fee for Dunwoody Classes for 2009-2010 will be $75 per semester for one
student and $100 per semester for families with multiple students. The membership fee
includes the facility fee and unlimited choices of classes. Teacher registration and tuition
are made payable separately to the individual teachers. The membership fee is made
payable to Becky Humphrey and must be paid before or by the first day of class. This one
membership fee and the teacher fees are the only fees that will be assessed.
