2. Fill in a form, and mail it with the registration fee to each teacher's
mailing address.
3. Download / print the master registration form using the " Master
registration" link, and fill it out.
4. Download / print the parental agreement form using the "Parental
agreement" link, and fill it out.
5. Make the Family Membership fee payment out to Becky Humphrey.
6. Make the facility fee payment out to North Peachtree Baptist
Church.
7. Mail the master registration, parental agreement, the Family
Membership payment and church payment to:
