1. Download / print a class registration form for each class by using

2. Fill in a form, and mail it with the registration fee to each teacher's
mailing address.
3. Download / print the master registration form using the " Master
registration" link, and fill it out.
4. Download / print the parental agreement form using the "Parental
agreement" link, and fill it out.
5. Make the Family Membership fee payment out to Becky Humphrey.
6. Mail the master registration, parental agreement, and the Family
Membership payment to:
