High School Drama Production

High School Drama Production is designed to give students in the eighth – twelfth grades the opportunity
to mount a full scale theatrical production. We will cover all aspects of production, including: set
design/construction, lighting design/hang/focus, costume design, make up, props, publicity, house
management, program design and box office sales. We will work weekly at NPBC, but will also have a few
Saturday tech days at Oglethorpe University, where the students will have the opportunity to work with
Pete Cutter, Technical Director and Conant Manager. This class will meet during the fall semester at DHS,
with the final performance scheduled in the Conant Performing Arts Center in early January. Please note
that we will be in full technical rehearsals from January 4th – January 8th, 2010.

Dunwoody Classes
2009-2010
Family Membership Fee
The membership fee for Dunwoody Classes for 2009-2010 will be $75 per semester for one student and
$100 per semester for families with multiple students. The membership fee includes the facility fee and
unlimited choices of classes for all students within the family. Teacher registration and tuition are made
payable separately to the individual teachers. The membership fee is made payable to Becky Humphrey
and must be paid before or by the first day of class. This one membership fee and the teacher fees are
the only fees that will be assessed.
